The Healing Drummer’s Yoga on Kauai—Stepping Into Your Power workshop, taking place July 3 to 9, is going to combine the benefits of yoga—taught by Deb Pascus—and my approach to sound healing. By incorporating yoga asanas, meditation techniques, and different sounds, you will experience a great sense of renewal and balance. Our goal is to reconnect you to the magic already in your life and help you activate your energy centers as we enter an amazing time in human evolution in the auspicious year of 2012!
Restore Balance & Power in Your Life
Deb will lead us through the process of activating and balancing the 7 main chakras. These energy centers can become blocked by tension, anxiety, and even low self esteem. When this happens, there is a limit to the energy that circulates through the body. When the chakras become balanced again through various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and sound healing, your body and soul will feel uplifted.
What makes this workshop even more powerful is the setting. Kauai is known for its ability to open the hearts of everyone who experiences this beautiful and majestic place.
